1. Services Offered

CaribeTex HVAC provides: - HVAC system installation - Air conditioning and heating system repair - Preventive maintenance services - Monthly and annual maintenance memberships

2. Service Scheduling

All services are subject to availability. Appointments must be confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payments

Payment for individual services is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Memberships may be paid monthly or annually. Recurring payments will be processed automatically according to the selected plan. In the event of a failed payment: - The customer will be notified - Services may be suspended until payment is brought current

4. Membership Policy

Benefits: Memberships include preventive maintenance services according to the selected plan. Specific benefits will be described alongside each membership plan. Term: - Monthly plan: automatically renews each month - Annual plan: automatically renews each year Cancellation: Customers may cancel at any time by providing written notice. Services already rendered are non-refundable. Annual plans may be subject to early cancellation fees if special discounts were applied.

5. Warranties

Repairs may include a limited workmanship warranty. Parts are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, external modifications, or lack of proper maintenance.

6. Limitation of Liability

CaribeTex HVAC shall not be liable for: - Indirect or incidental damages - Failures caused by defective prior installations performed by third parties - Events beyond our control (including extreme weather, external electrical failures, etc.)
